Tempo Driver

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible 3-wheeler Tempo driver who holds a valid 3-wheeler driving license and possesses basic sales skills. The candidate will be responsible for safe transportation as well as promoting and selling products/services to customers during routes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate a 3-wheeler vehicle safely and efficiently.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of passengers or goods as assigned.
• Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of the vehicle.
• Follow all traffic rules and safety regulations.
• Interact with customers in a polite and professional manner.
• Promote and sell company products/services to customers during trips.
• Achieve basic sales targets (if applicable).
• Handle cash transactions and provide accurate records.

Requirements:

• Valid 3-wheeler (auto rickshaw) driving license.
• Proven driving experience preferred.
• Basic communication and sales skills.
• Ability to interact confidently with customers.
• Knowledge of local routes and areas.
• Honest, punctual, and responsible attitude.

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience in delivery or field sales roles.
• Basic understanding of customer service and sales techniques.
