Vendor Assistant Responsibilities: 1)Coordination and follow up on orders. 2)Ensure Vendor database is maintain and up-to-date. 3)Coordination with the Production team. 4)Assisting Vendor Manager in meeting with suitable vendors to assess their products, inquire about their services, negotiate pricing, and communicate any product or service-related concerns. 5)Conducting research on available vendors to determine which vendors offer the best pricing and product quality. 6)Continually monitoring sales trends to determine which products are more popular than others. Vendor Assistant Requirements: Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, marketing, business administration, or any related field. Minimum 1-3 years’ experience working as a Vendor Assistant / Vendor Executive in E Commerce. Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications. The ability to multitask effectively. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills. Effective written and verbal communication skills.
