Job Description

The key responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Processing and responding on emails, Whatsapp and phone calls for query pertaining to visa filling for countries: Canada, Australia, USA and UK. Know and uphold the documentation requirements, following up with the candidates for the same and rendering timely update to the clients. Assemble and maintain document records and ensure data integrity in electronic systems, including of files and documents delivered to the company by the clients. Complete the end-to-end visa application forms for visitor visa for Canada & UK along with the visa file submission, fee payment and update about the same to the clients. Able to draft complete letters required for the visa file process. Providing end-to-end services to candidates starting from collection of documents till the visa approval.
