1. End to end knowledge and working experience in various repayment Banking and re-presentation Process.
2. Timely upload the Banking status in respective source system post received banking status from Banks.
3. Should have minimum 3-5 years working experience in Auto debit, ECS and NACH repayment mode.
4. Timely update the banking status to collections, Customer service and Ops team.
5. End to end tracking of banking transactions once files send to Banks.
6. All banking related queries handling and resolving without escalate to Sr. Management team.
7. Should be core member for managing repayment management process.
8. Analyzing and reconciling of total due cases with Transaction banking for every cycles.

Analyzing on short EMI Banking cases and report to collection and Ops team

Qualification: Post graduate in any discipline
