Driver Cum Office Boy

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and well-mannered Personal Driver Cum Office Boy to support both office operations and family travel needs.

The candidate will be responsible for safe driving, office errands, basic administrative support, and travel for family members, including outstation trips when required.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drive family members and office staff safely for local and outstation travel.
• Pick up and drop off family members as per schedule.
• Handle office-related errands such as document delivery, bank work, courier handling, and collection of items.
• Assist with basic office support work, including file handling, photocopying, and general office upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness and regular servicing checks of the vehicle.
• Ensure fuel, tyre pressure, and vehicle condition are monitored regularly.
• Follow traffic rules and drive responsibly at all times.
• Be available for early morning, late evening, weekend, and outstation requirements as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality regarding family and office matters.

Required Skills and Qualities :

• Valid driving license with good driving record.
• Good knowledge of Thane, Mumbai, and nearby routes.
• Experience in driving for family, office, or personal use preferred.
• Physically fit and willing to help with office tasks.
• Punctual, trustworthy, and polite.
• Flexible with timing and travel.
• Able to handle responsibilities independently and respectfully.

Preferred Experience :

• 1–3 years of driving experience.
• Experience in personal/family driving and office support will be an advantage.
• Prior outstation driving experience preferred.

Working Conditions :

• Full-time position.
• Based in Thane.
• Must be willing to travel outstation with family when required.
• Overtime or extended hours may be needed depending on travel and office work.
