Job Description
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for BFSI, Fintech, Corporate & IT roles
- Work on mid to senior-level positions, including leadership mandates
- Understand client requirements in depth and deliver high-quality profiles
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, networking, and direct search
- Conduct candidate screening, interviews, and coordination
- Manage client and stakeholder relationships effectively
- Ensure strong follow-ups, closures, and post-offer engagement
- Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS as required
