Job Title: MIS Executive (Reconciliation)

Location:Wagale Estate, Thane (Head Office)

Salary:₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Description:

We are hiring for an MIS & Reconciliation Executive in the Project & Technology department. The role involves handling daily reconciliation activities, MIS reporting, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and resolve reconciliation mismatches and open items
• Daily reconciliation of disbursement and escrow accounts
• Prepare and share MIS reports (daily & monthly)
• Coordinate with BC partners for data, collections, and reports
• Track loan disbursement, AUM, and portfolio data
• Support finance team with reconciliation entries and reporting
• Resolve queries from internal teams and external stakeholders
• Ensure timely and accurate data reporting

Eligibility Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in MIS / reconciliation / finance operations
• Graduate (Commerce background preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy
