Picker / Packer

We are hiring reliable Pickers and Packers to join our Zepto dark stores in Naupada, Thane West. The role involves handling day-to-day order picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders efficiently and accurately.

Key Responsibilities:

Pick customer orders accurately from shelves based on the app or system.

Pack items securely and neatly as per Zepto’s packaging standards.

Ensure all orders are dispatched within the defined time limit.

Check product quality, expiry, and quantity before packing.

Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dark store.

Assist in stock management, unloading, and shelf arrangement.

Coordinate with delivery riders for smooth handover of orders.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum 10th Pass / 12th Pass preferred.

Freshers are welcome; prior experience in warehouse, retail, or grocery store is an advantage.

Basic understanding of mobile apps or scanners for order picking.

Physically fit and able to stand for long hours.

Team player with a positive attitude and punctuality.

Work Schedule:

Rotational shifts (Morning / Evening / Night)

6 days working, 1 weekly off
