🔹 Job Role:Customer Support Executive / Telecaller
🔹 Job Overview:We are hiring candidates for multiple processes including customer support, telecalling, and backend operations. The role involves handling customer queries, providing information, and maintaining proper records.
- 🔹 Key Responsibilities:Handle customer calls (inbound / outbound)
- Resolve customer queries
- Provide correct product/service information
- Maintain call records & update system (MIS)
- Follow up with customers if required
🔹 Eligibility Criteria:✔️ HSC Pass / Graduate
✔️ Fresher & Experienced both can apply
✔️ Basic English communication required
🔹 Skills Required:✔️ Communication & customer handling
✔️ Basic computer knowledge
✔️ Positive attitude & learning ability
🔹 Shift Details:🕒 Day Shift / Rotational (Depends on process)
📅 1 Rotational Week Off
