Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound calls/emails with merchants, corporate clients, and internal teams.
- Resolve customer queries within TAT and improve customer satisfaction/NPS.
- Support CMS & digital banking onboarding, activation, demos, and service requests.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely issue resolution and smooth operations.
- Drive POS servicing and cross-sell banking products like loans and insurance.
- Maintain MIS reports and calling data accurately using MS Excel.
- Deliver excellent customer service in a target-driven environment.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills in Hindi, English, and Marathi.
- Good customer handling, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of banking products, CMS, POS, and digital banking.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and banking systems.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Eligibility
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA/PGDM preferred).
- 1–5 years of experience in Banking, Customer Service, Relationship Management, CMS, POS, or Financial Services.
