Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Academic Consultants. The role involves guiding students in choosing the right academic programs, providing career counselling, and supporting them throughout the admission process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents regarding academic programs and career opportunities
• Guide students through the admission process from inquiry to enrollment
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and walk-in enquiries
• Provide accurate information about courses, eligibility, and career scope
• Maintain student records and update CRM systems regularly
• Coordinate with academic and administrative teams
• Support in achieving admission targets
• Assist in organizing seminars, workshops, and promotional activities

• Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Strong convincing and counselling ability
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in counselling, sales, or education sector is an added advantage
