Responsibilities: - • Manage large amounts of calls on time. • Follow communication “scripts” when handling customer calls. • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile. • Keep records of all conversations. Education: • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred) Experience: • On International call center: 1 Year (Required) (Preference for Higher Experience) Timing: - • FIXED NIGHT SHIFT (8 hours working + 1-hour break). • FIXED SATURDAY & SUNDAY WEEK OFF.
