Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Ordering, receiving, and restocking pharmaceutical supplies and medications.
- Customer Service: Answering phones, greeting patients, and directing medication-related questions to the pharmacist.
- Administrative Duties: Creating/maintaining patient files, inputting data into computer systems, and processing sales transactions via POS systems.
- Support Roles: Assisting with dispensing by labeling, packaging, and filling orders, particularly for prepackaged items.
- Maintenance: Keeping work areas, shelves, and equipment clean and organized
