Regional Manager - Rural Two Wheeler Loan/Senior Regional Manager - Rural Two Wheeler Loan

Job Purpose
“This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd.”
Responsible for getting the critical parameters of his region/cluster - like business/portfolio/ and employee attrition to be delivered as required by management. Owning team members of his Region/cluster on people metrics.
Duties and Responsibilities
(Accountabilities associated with the job)
Sales Planning, Monitoring and Achieving Sales Targets-
• Travel and establish relations with dealers and ASSCs of his region.
• Daily review with ASM regarding projections / activity plan for the day, suggests priorities, alternatives and solutions;
• Reviews achievement; derives end of day status - logins, approvals, disbursements, holds, etc., to provide a clear picture to the business; plans with team the follow - through actions for the next day
• Gauges the potential of the region - spurs more complete segmenting of customers in the catchment; Identifies with team, profiles to target and avoid
• Assists teams in collecting market information about a location; Shares policy insights that make products suitable or unsuitable for any geographic area or profile; Assists and educates team in selecting the right products for an area
• Ensuring critical parameters like scheme mix, IRR, daily login numbers are executed as per matrix.

Cross-functional Coordination
• Assists in obtaining deviation approval - personal visits to HTS customers to confirm eligibility, if needed, and recommend deviation
• Tracks files on hold, and deviations from TAT - intervenes where needed
• Reviews profiles being offered and avoided, seeking to maximize the addressable market without increasing delinquency ratios
Planning Budgeting Monitoring
• Judges and plans branch wise and product wise growth along with the team; Guides teams to plan achievement of targets
• Examines and helps improve schemes and marketing plans to increase performance vis-à-vis the various performance parameters
• Cascades finalized plans received from ZSM/BH to the team members - derives aligned performance targets for each, based on potential gauged; Plans with each to achieve their targets
• Product, Policy Updates

Organization Design and Development:
• Capacity Planning Recommendation- Recommends changes in team size, including ASSC addition / reduction
• Team Recruiting & Selection-
• Team Performance Management & Development- Aligns teams goals and performances with the functions projected annual targets as per AOP; Provides short, strategic inputs to the team for meeting target numbers, Co-creates developmental plans with team members; Orients team for meeting overall targets
• Stakeholder Management
• Nominates team members for reward and recognition commensurate with their achievements; Appreciates team members appropriately in internal forums as relevant
Required Qualifications and Experience
