Job Description

We are looking for a responsible self-starter as an Admin & Accountant to run day-to-day operations involved in finance, events, and office administration.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities will vary throughout the year as organizational needs and activities evolve.

The staff reports to the Managing Director (MD). Admin and Accountant will perform various tasks under the guidance of the MD.

Support the MD in all the day-to-day tasks and the below respective tasks:

Raise Invoice and have a complete control of company's account payable and receivables

Monitor staff attendance proactively, and remind members when attendance falls short of the minimum requirement

Co-ordinate with the auditor on tax payments, GST tracking, etc

Requirements

1-4 Years experience in operational, administrative, or project management role

Must be an undergraduate

Strong operational/execution mindset with people management skills

Strong oral and written communication with relentless follow-through

Some level of computer proficiency; experience with Microsoft Excel,Tally.
