Apprentice Program Summary

An apprenticeship is on the job training, designed to help apprentice develop their skills and achieve a nationally recognized standard. Apprentices get opportunity to gain practical work experience and develop skills including communication skills, customer service orientation, teamwork, professionalism & work ethics.

Job Role

Retail Trainee Associate

Eligibility

• Only Freshers are eligible.
• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Minimum education qualification – 12th/Diploma for 6 months Apprenticeship / graduation in any field for 12 months Apprenticeship
• Valid Aadhar (National Identity) card

Program Framework

• 6 month & 12 months of Paid Apprenticeship with on-the-job training for 12th completed and graduate freshers respectively
• 9 hours (including 1hour break) per day and 5 days working
• Online Assessment at the end of the Apprenticeship Program
• Government recognized & Starbucks co-branded certificate on successful completion of the program

Scope of Training

• Providing legendary customer service to all customers
• Creating the Starbucks Experience for our customers by providing customers with prompt service, quality beverages and products, and maintaining a clean and comfortable store environment.
• Apprentice is responsible for modelling and acting in accordance with TATA Starbucks guiding principles.
