Job Description
We are hiring Plant HR Executive for a leading manufacturing company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle EPF & ESI compliance
- Maintain employee records and statutory documentation
- Support payroll coordination
- Manage HR operations at plant level
- Assist in recruitment and onboarding
- Experience in manufacturing / plant HR
- Knowledge of labour compliance
Eligibility :
- MBA (HR) – Mandatory
- 2–4 years experience (Plant / Manufacturing HR preferred)
- Strong in MS Excel
- Male candidates only
- Notice period: Immediate to 30 days only
- Must be from local area (No outstation profiles)
- Preferred:Experience handling 300+ employees
- Knowledge of labour laws & factory compliance
