Job Description

Relationship Manager (Tumkur)

1. Key Candidate Criteria (Mandatory)

Location: Must be a current resident of Tumkur.


Language: Must know Kannada (fluent spoken).


Compensation: ₹18,000 - ₹20,000 per month


2. Qualifications & Experience

Education: Graduate (Any stream; Commerce/Business background preferred).


Experience: 1–2 years in customer support, tele-calling, or service roles.

(Smart, energetic freshers with great communication skills are also welcome to apply).


Language: Fluent Kannada + basic spoken/written English.


3. Role Purpose

To nurture customer relationships and drive product adoption, usage, and migration to new releases. By helping customers maximize product value, you will ensure timely renewals, Value-Added Services (VAS) sales, and long-term customer retention.


4. Key Responsibilities

Customer Engagement: Regularly interact with customers to ensure effective product usage and high satisfaction.


Drive Revenue: Facilitate timely account renewals and upsell Value-Added Services (VAS).


Retention & Migration: Assist customers in upgrading to new software releases and prevent churn.


5. Skills Required

Strong communication and tele-calling skills.


Customer management and relationship-building abilities.


Knowledge of Salesforce CRM is a strong plus.
