Responsibilities

• Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure the safety of personnel and assets
• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and recommend solutions
• Supervise security staff, including training, scheduling, and performance evaluation
• Monitor surveillance systems and respond to security threats or incidents promptly
• Coordinate with local law enforcement agencies and emergency services as needed
• Investigate security breaches and create detailed reports for management review
• Maintain a secure environment by enforcing access control measures and visitor management protocols
• Participate in drills and exercises to test the effectiveness of security plans and procedures
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging security technologies

Qualifications

• 4-5 years of experience in security management
• Minimum Bachelor's degree in a related field
