Execution Engineer

Role Overview

As a Execution Engineer – Solar, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the smooth and successful delivery of rooftop solar projects. Reporting to senior engineers and project managers, you will gain hands-on experience in project execution, quality assurance, and stakeholder coordination. This role is a launchpad for a career in the renewable energy sector, offering real-world responsibility and learning on-site.

Key Responsibilities

● Conduct detailed site visits, perform technical surveys, and prepare comprehensive assessment reports

● Collaborate with in-house engineering and procurement teams to coordinate timely material logistics and resolve project bottlenecks

● Assist in basic layout planning, site drawings, and provide input to solar system design using standard tools .

● Verify receipt and quality of materials against the Bill of Materials (BoM) at site

● Supervise and monitor on-ground installation work, ensuring adherence to technical specifications, quality standards, and safety protocols

● Support the troubleshooting of technical and execution challenges during installation and commissioning phases

● Maintain rigorous project documentation, including work progress, test reports, and handover checklists; provide clear, regular updates to managers

● Communicate professionally with clients, vendors, local authorities, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution

● Stay current with solar industry best practices, local codes, and emerging technology trends

Preferred Qualifications

● Diploma / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering (freshers and recent graduates welcome)

● Basic understanding of solar photovoltaic systems, electrical safety, and installation processes (preferred but not mandatory)

● Experience with solar design/modeling software (AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope) a plus

● Strong verbal and written communication skills; fluency in Marathi is highly valued

● Willingness and ability to travel regularly to project sites across Maharashtra

● Proactive, adaptable attitude; capable of working both independently and as part of a dynamic team
