Desktop Support:- Desktop/Laptop repair/maintenance/installation of OS/troubleshooting/install SSD/RAM/etc Regular maitainance of desktop/laptop printers with cleaning Installation of Microsoft Operating system, Ms office, Office 365 licenses apps and activation. Mail configuration in Desktop/laptop systems and mobile. Antivirus installation & patch update at the client end. Raise ticket with OEM for faulty asset replacement. Asset Inventory management Keep stock of IT Assets like mouse, keyboard, and replenish when needed Printer & Peripherals Support :- Primary troubleshooting of printers. Toner/Cartridge installation support. Raise ticket with OEM for repair of printer under warranty support. LAN (Local Area Network) Support :- Resolving the networking related problems, like connectivity problems, patch cord problems, Network configuration problem and Network IP conflicts etc. Basic Wi-Fi Router installation and configuration. Ensure all IT hardware are up and running including CCTV, Wifi, FRM machines Ticket raise to ISP whenever Internet link down. CCTV Support:- CCTV monitoring with cameras uptime, daily recording. Regular cleaning and maintenance of cameras by AMC vendor. Assist end user to download footage from CCTV system
