• Offer for sell & purchase to buyer & supplier • Email / WhatsApp Communications • Meet day to day work target & reporting • Incentive will be given if target achieved Vendor Management: Freight negotiations and contract management Ensuring timely supply of orders for Customer country teams within the agreed Order Fulfilment Lead time. • Interact with planning team and Sales teams on stock requirement and availability Responsible for Product Availability, Fill rates, Business Risk callouts (Shortage report) Drive projects impacting Supply Chain transformation ( service levels, inventory, logistics, packaging, etc) • Responsible for tracking ageing inventory, & liquidation of SLOB in liaison with Sales teams • Preparation of Pre –shipment documentation –Invoice, packing list. • Preparation of Post –shipment documents –Invoice / packing list / COO /Bill of lading / any other documents required Prepare Order MIS and drive efficiency improvement projects Preparation and Verification of export documents Candidate Profile: • Graduate in any discipline, also similar to Import Export • Possess strong communication skills • Should be fluent in English and Hindi languages • Computer operating Knowledge is a must Analytical ability & problem solving - Able to break down problems into meaningful parts and come to rational and well-thought out conclusions Strong MS Office, MS Excel knowledge and basic Knowledge of SAP • Minimum 2 years of experience in Export Documentation • Candidates having good knowledge in import ;export; Letter of credit, Bill of Lading • Good Knowledge in Export/Import Procedures and Ability to Maintain Shipping Documents. • Ability to Handle Core Operations of the Export Firm, from Getting Purchase Order and Tracking the Cargo Readiness to the Arrangement of Shipment.
