About the RoleWe are a leading Manufacturer of CCTV Surveillance Products and Solutions. We are looking for a result-oriented Tele-caller/Inside Sales Executive to join our team. Your primary goal will be to connect with Dealers, Distributors, and System Integrators to promote our surveillance technology and grow our partner network.
- Key ResponsibilitiesB2B Outreach: Identify and call potential Dealers, Distributors, and Security Agencies to introduce our CCTV product range.
- Lead Generation: Convert cold calls into warm leads and schedule follow-up meetings or demos for the technical team.
- Product Promotion: Effectively communicate the features of our Cameras, DVRs, NVRs, and customized surveillance solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing partners to ensure repeat orders and provide updates on new product launches.
- Reporting: Update the daily call logs and maintain a database of interested clients in MS Excel or CRM.
- Sales Conversion: Send catalogs, price lists, and quotations via Email/WhatsApp and follow up until the deal is closed.
- Candidate RequirementsEducation: Minimum Graduate (Any stream).
- Experience: 1–2 years of Strong experience in Tele-calling or Sales. (Experience in Electronics, IT Hardware, or Security Systems is a big plus).
- Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Technical Aptitude: Ability to learn and explain basic technical specifications of CCTV products.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, and basic Emailing.
- Attitude: Highly motivated, polite, and capable of handling sales pressure.
