Telecalling Executive

Telecaller Job DescriptionRole OverviewA Telecaller (also called Telemarketer or Call Center Executive) is responsible for making and receiving phone calls to promote products/services, generate leads, or provide customer support.

Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound Telecaller:

• Make calls to potential or existing customers to promote products/services
• Generate leads and follow up on prospects
• Explain product features and benefits clearly
• Meet daily/weekly call and conversion targets
• Maintain a database of customer information and call records

Inbound Telecaller:

• Answer incoming customer calls professionally
• Resolve customer queries, complaints, and issues
• Provide accurate product/service information
• Transfer calls to relevant departments when needed

Common to Both:

• Maintain call logs and update CRM systems
• Follow up with customers via calls or emails
• Meet performance KPIs (call volume, conversion rate, customer satisfaction)
• Required SkillsGood verbal communication in regional/national language
• Active listening and persuasion skills
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools)
• Patience and ability to handle rejection
• Target-oriented mindset
• QualificationsMinimum: 10th / 12th pass (some companies prefer graduates)
• Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
• Freshers are also considered
• Salary Range (India)Fresher: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000/month
