Job Description

  • Managed 2 properties on OTAs: Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, Agoda,Booking.com and so on.
  • Handled 1 property through PMS (Property Management System) for reservations and guest records.
  • Maintained daily booking register and tracked check-ins / check-outs.
  • Maintained daily expense register for operational costs.
  • Trained new housekeeping staff and supervised housekeeping operations.
  • Performed daily room inspections to ensure proper cleaning and quality standards.
  • Managed housekeeping inventory and stock levels.
  • Responsible for purchasing housekeeping materials and supplies when required.
  • Ensured smooth daily operations across all properties.
