Receptionist / Front Office Executive

Location: Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh

We are looking for a courteous and professional Front Office Executive/Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our guests. The candidate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, ensuring excellent guest service, and creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Handle check-in and check-out procedures efficiently
• Manage reservations, bookings, and room allocations
• Answer phone calls, emails, and guest inquiries
• Maintain records of guests and payments
• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments
• Handle guest complaints in a polite and timely manner
• Ensure smooth front office operations at all times

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (Hotel Management preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in hotel front office (freshers with good communication can also apply)
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Dataman software preferred)
• Presentable personality and customer-focused attitude

Working Hours:

• Rotational shifts (including night shifts if required)

Salary:

• As per industry standards (based on experience)
