Team Management or Individual Contributor role:

Responsibilities:

1. Attend customers/direct walk-ins at the site, answer their queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

2. Manage relationship with channel partners to get more customers.

3. Must achieve monthly and yearly sales targets, as set by the department, for the site.

4. Must be willing to work, as supervised by the sales head.

5. Respond to customers and follow-up on Sales enquiries using the appropriate method.

6. Connect with and influence channel partners to bring in more customers

Essential Requirements:

1. Should speak Kannada, English and Hindi

2. Should be willing to work from the site 4 days a week and on the weekend with 1 day (Tue/Wed) as week-off (6 days working in total)

3. Should be willing to travel on your own
