Job SummaryWe are looking for a responsible Administrative Executive to handle documentation, paperwork, and operational support for solar projects. The role involves managing customer documents, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring smooth processing of project approvals and submissions.
Key Responsibilities📄 Documentation & Paperwork
- Collect and verify customer documents for solar installations
- Prepare and maintain project files and documentation
- Upload and manage documents on government portals (DISCOM / subsidy portals)
- Handle net metering and subsidy paperwork
🗂 Administrative Work
- Maintain digital and physical records of projects
- Track project status and update internal records
- Prepare reports and maintain spreadsheets
📞 Coordination
- Coordinate with customers for required documents
- Follow up with DISCOM offices and vendors if needed
- Support the sales and installation teams with documentation
💻 Data Management
- Maintain customer database
- Update CRM or Excel records regularly
- Ensure accuracy of data and documents
