Job Description

Oyo or Hotel Experience is mendatory a work environment that is high in employee morale and provides constant learning & development and use the feedback from Employee Satisfaction Survey to draw an action plan within company budget. Develop departmental trainers in association with the training department & oversee all the training activities within the department. Maintain regular contacts with corporate and individual customers, and build strong relationships with them. Promote an environment of team work to facilitate the achievement of department and company standard. Monitor the operation of the Reception to ensure standard operating procedures are fallowed and updated records are kept at all times. Motivating my junior staff and briefing them before the work start. Ensuring complete satisfaction of guest for all services that organization provide. Co-coordinating between the guest & hotel service. Ensures guest privacy, safety and security at all times within Hotel premises. Ensures all records and documents are maintained as per standards laid down by the management. To control group and individual reservations to ensure maximum occupancy. To control day to day credit given to guests. Responsible for adherence to all statutory requirements such as C-forms, Arrival and departure reports encashment certificates, etc To co-ordinate with the sales department for sales promotion.
