Narendra Damodardas Modiji, the Bima Sakhi program aims to empower Indian women by providing them with opportunities for financial independence and skill development. This initiative enables women to contribute to their families' financial well-being by recommending life insurance solutions.

Job Description:

As a Mahila Career Agent (Bima Sakhi) with the Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC), you will:

• Recommend and promote life insurance products to individuals within your network and community.
• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients.
• Explain the benefits and features of various LIC insurance plans.
• Assist clients in choosing the most suitable insurance solutions based on their needs.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of LIC.

Training and Support:

• LIC will provide comprehensive training and coaching on basic and advanced life insurance sales techniques. This support will ensure that every ambitious woman has the necessary skills to succeed in this role.

Eligibility:

• Must be an Indian citizen.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Time Commitment and Earning Potential:

Requires a minimum commitment of 2-3 hours daily, six days a week.

Potential annual income ranges from Rs. 3,00,000 to Rs. 12,00,000. Actual income depends on individual performance.

Compensation:

Incentives and stipends are payable monthly, subject to certain conditions that will be detailed during the training program.
