We have a vacancy for a Business Development Executive ( female only) . The candidate should be a graduate B.E/ B.Tech (Civil) having studied in English Medium since schooling. As this work is technically oriented- we have preferred Civil Engineers. A diploma or degree in management would be an added advantage. Experience: 0-2 year with proficiency in in Internet & MS Office. Freshers are also welcome. Probation Period: 3 Months Working Hours Weekdays: 9:30 to 18:30 with lunch break from 13:00 hrs to 14:00 hrs Saturday: 9:30 to 13:00 hrs, Sunday and National Holidays followed. Job Profile: This is an office-based job - work involves estimation of project , negotiations, creation of client’s data base, sending emails, responding to RFQ's, submission of tenders etc. Suitable training will be provided. Salary During Probation Period: 12500 per month. Upon successful completion of probation period, the candidate will be absorbed as permanent staff with considerable increment in the emoluments up to 15000 per month. Apart from this yearly bonus will be given (100% equivalent of salary) after completion of one year. Permanent staff will be on PF and ESI rolls.
