Job Description
Job Title: Civil Engineer

Job Summary:
ETOR Ventures is looking for motivated Civil Engineers to manage and supervise on-site construction and development activities. The role involves ensuring quality execution, timely completion of work, and coordination with site teams and management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise daily site activities and ensure work is executed as per plan.
* Monitor construction quality and ensure adherence to standards.
* Coordinate with contractors, labor, and vendors at the site.
* Plan and track material requirements and ensure timely availability.
* Maintain site reports, progress updates, and documentation.
* Ensure projects are completed within deadlines and budgets.
* Identify and resolve on-site issues proactively.
* Ensure safety standards and compliance at the site.
* Regularly update management/CEO on site progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Diploma / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
* Basic knowledge of construction processes and site management
* Ability to read drawings and execute work accordingly
* Strong coordination and communication skills
* Problem-solving and time management abilities
* Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
Experience:
* 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
* Freshers with strong practical knowledge can also be considered
