Key skills required • Fresher or proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative. • Excellent communication skills and ability to listen & learn quickly. • Active problem solving skills. • Good interpersonal skills. • Ability to handle pressure. • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively. • Must have knowledge on MS-word and MS-excel.
