Hiring: HR Recruiter (Female)
Location: Dwaraka nagar
Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 + Incentives
We are looking for an enthusiastic and energetic HR Recruiter to join our team. Candidates with good communication skills and basic recruitment knowledge are preferred.
- Job Responsibilities:Calling candidates and explaining job opportunities
- Scheduling and conducting telephonic screening rounds
- Following up with candidates regularly
- Maintaining candidate database and recruitment records
- Coordinating interview schedules with management
- Handling end-to-end recruitment process
- Requirements:Good communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of recruitment process
- Any Degree / MBA HR preferred
