Job Description
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to manage and optimize our online sales channels. The candidate will be responsible for handling product listings, managing orders, and improving the overall online customer experience across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and update product listings (titles, descriptions, images, pricing) on e-commerce platforms
• Handle order processing, inventory updates, and returns management
• Monitor daily sales and performance metrics
• Optimize product visibility through SEO, keywords, and promotions
• Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams for smooth order fulfillment
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback professionally
• Plan and execute online promotions, discounts, and campaigns
• Analyze competitor activity and market trends
• Generate reports on sales performance and growth strategies
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, etc.)
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability
• Familiarity with Excel and online tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred:
• Experience in e-commerce or digital sales
• Knowledge of product listing optimization and ads (Amazon Ads, Flipkart Ads)
