✅ Loan Recovery (Telephonic):
Make regular follow-up calls to borrowers regarding loan repayments.
Maintain politeness, professionalism, and confidentiality.
📂 Record Maintenance:
Accurately maintain and update borrower records, ledger entries, and transaction logs.
📝 Documentation Handling:
Prepare and manage loan files, agreements, and other supporting documents.
💻 New Loan Master Creation:
Enter all details of new loans accurately into the system/database.
Ensure completeness and correctness of all borrower-related information.
📞 Phone Handling:
Attend calls from borrowers for queries, clarifications, or complaints.
Provide proper assistance and escalate issues where needed.
🚶 Field Support (Occasional):
Go to the post office or other places when required for form collection, verifications, or document drop-off.
📊 Reporting:
Submit daily/weekly reports on recovery status, pending documentation, and follow-ups.
Must be well-behaved, disciplined, and maintain high moral integrity.

 Candidate Profile:
No history of misconduct or unethical behavior.
Must have knowledge in computer basics.
Should be flexible with work and ready to handle any urgent tasks as assigned.
Must have good command over communication (spoken & written).
Basic knowledge of MS Office / loan management software and telecalling for recovery preferred.
Candidate should have experience in microfinance / NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company)-PREFERABLE
