Job Overview:We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accounts Assistant to support our accounting operations, primarily handling billing and purchase entries using Tally Prime. The ideal candidate should have basic accounting knowledge and a willingness to learn and grow.

• Key Responsibilities:Enter sales and purchase invoices in Tally Prime
• Maintain accurate records of billing and purchase transactions
• Verify invoices and supporting documents before entry
• Assist in accounts payable and receivable tracking
• Reconcile purchase and billing data regularly
• Maintain organized digital and physical financial records
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for invoice clarification
• Support senior accountants in day-to-day accounting tasks
• Requirements:Basic knowledge of accounting principles
• Familiarity with Tally Prime COMPULSORY
• Proficiency in MS Excel
• Good attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• B.Com or relevant qualification preferred
• Preferred Skills:Understanding of GST basics
• Ability to handle routine accounting tasks independently
• Good communication skills
