Loan Processor

Job Overview:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Loan Process Executive to manage end-to-end loan processing activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling loan applications, verifying documents, coordinating with clients, and ensuring smooth disbursement of loans while maintaining compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle complete loan processing from application to disbursement
• Verify and validate customer documents (KYC, income proof, bank statements, etc.)
• Coordinate with clients for document collection and clarification
• Maintain accurate records of loan applications and customer data
• Follow up with banks/NBFCs for loan approvals and status updates
• Ensure all processes comply with company and regulatory guidelines
• Resolve customer queries related to loan processing
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and external partners
• Track daily work progress and meet assigned targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any field (MBA preferred)
• 1–2 years of experience in loan processing / finance / banking
• Good knowledge of loan products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Home Loan etc.)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations
• Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in financial services or loan consultancy
• Familiarity with banking processes and documentation
• Customer handling experience
