Sales Engineer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Scaffolding Sales Executive to promote and sell scaffolding systems, formwork solutions, and related construction products. The role involves developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets within the construction and infrastructure sector.

• Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities in construction, infrastructure, and industrial projects
• Promote scaffolding systems, formwork, and access solutions to contractors, builders, and project managers
• Conduct site visits, client meetings, and product demonstrations
• Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure repeat business
• Coordinate with engineering and operations teams for project execution
• Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets
• Ensure timely payment collection from clients
• Required Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of sales experience (preferably in scaffolding, construction materials, or industrial products)
• Strong understanding of construction industry practices
• Key Skills:Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Technical understanding of scaffolding systems (Cuplock, Ringlock, Frame, etc.)
• Ability to read basic construction drawings (preferred)
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Preferred Experience:Experience working with contractors, builders, or infrastructure companies
• Knowledge of safety standards related to scaffolding
