Job Description
**Job Title: Business Development Executive**
**Summary:**
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad, Bangalore, Delhi India. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of experience in business development,
Responsible for the sales of Electronic components (Relays, Reed Switches, Sensors, Switches, the LED's components) to companies, new projects and government agencies
Work with Lighting Designers, Architects and project team to secure design win of our LED Lighting products
with a strong skill set in communication, lead generation, cold calling, competitive analysis, customer retention, forecasting, sales & marketing, and business acumen. This is a full-time position with a hybrid work mode, offering an exciting opportunity to drive growth and expand our business reach.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
- Identify and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and industry research.
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to ensure high levels of customer retention.
- Utilize forecasting techniques to predict sales trends and optimize business strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities.
- Demonstrate strong business acumen to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth.
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in B.tech Electronics, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of 5-10 years in business development, sales, or related roles.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong lead generation and cold calling abilities.
- Proficiency in competitive analysis and market research

-Ability to work independently to canvass
- Ability to drive customer retention strategies.
- Experience in forecasting sales trends and developing sales strategies.
- Solid understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Demonstrated business acumen and strategic thinking.

-B.E / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Location: Gujarat, Ahmedabad India
- Salary Range: INR 40,000 to 65,000 per month
