Ticketing Executive

Skills & Technical Knowledge:-

    Proficiency in GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo / Sabre)

·   Strong knowledge of airline fare rules and ticketing policies

·   Experience with PNR creation, pricing, and ticket issuance

·   Knowledge of IATA rules and regulations

·   Ability to handle group ticketing and corporate bookings

·   Familiarity with low-cost and full-service airlines

·   Understanding of ancillary services (baggage, meals, seat selection)

Experience Requirements:-     

 Minimum 1 years of experience in air ticketing

 Prior experience in a travel agency, tour operator, or airline office

Hands-on experience with domestic and ticketing

Proven ability to handle reissues, cancellations, and refunds

Professional Skills:-  

Strong communication and customer-handling skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Problem-solving skills for last-minute changes

Responsibilities:-   

Issue domestic and flight tickets

Handle reissues, cancellations, and refunds

Provide fare quotations and travel options

Coordinate with airlines and GDS support

Ensure accuracy and compliance with airline rules

Support sales and operations teams
