Job Description

Regular booking of any expenditure/purchase as well revenue into the ERP Application. Regular journal entries of any transaction. Updating accounts receivable and invoice processing as per client SLA/Contracts as well Due payments follow up. Updating accounts payable and perform reconciliations Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines MIS Reporting (P&L, TB review, Cash flow, Fund flow, Revenue etc) Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly as and when required. Managing petty cash book. Coordination with Tax advisor/Auditor/banks as well other vendors & stakeholders. Responsible for any other task as assigned by Management.
