• Check store sale entries are posted in system with EDSS on daily basis for any deviation. • Reconcile oracle tender wise ledger with store sales / EDSS and do necessary rectification in coordination with store manager / IT team. • Ensure correctness for all transactions related to bank deposit, cash & credit card sales. • Reconcile credit card balances with settlement report and pass necessary entries for charges. • Reconcile store wise cash deposit entries with bank statement and highlight any gap to the concern treasury team for correction. • Close coordinate with operation / brand / areas / store manager for verification / rectification. • Validate petty cash expenses with supporting documents and book the same in system. • Refill petty cash with agreed limit and closely monitor monthly spends. • Track offline/manual sales made by store manager & record the same in system. • Reconciliation for gift voucher/beam wallet/AmEx/other cards with supporting documents. • Pass necessary adjustment entries like staff deduction against cash shortage, foreign currency excess or shortage entries, staff discounts and shortage against refund or exchange. • Reconcile credit card transaction with MID machine and pass correction entries if any deviation. • Check any transactions related to intercompany and record it in relevant books to have proper control. • Monitor control accounts on daily basis for any deviation and identify the same to IT team for correction. • Monitor cash in transit account balance, for proper flow of process and highlight any deviation if any. • Publish monthly tracker for store wise performance to the concern line manager. • Highlight for any unusual fluctuation in the trend to all stake holders. • Coordination with all the concerned department/stores, as well as interactions to facilitate a harmonious relationship among them. • To take initiate for process improvement or any suggestion. • Provide supporting documents for Audit purpose.
