Responsibilities and Duties • Responding to and processing incoming calls-mails and orders. •Opening new accounts. • Entering orders into system. • Co-ordinate with head office. • Providing pricing quotations and follow-up on quotes. • Closing orders. • Payments Follow up • Maintaining records of enquiries, pending orders and quotations. • Documentation filing related to sale • Other duties as required. Key Skills Languages: English is a must, (Spoken & Written), Relationship/Interpersonal Skills. Easy to approach, a good listener, and relates well to people. High energy levels. Time management., Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent telephone manner. Proficient with Word, Excel & Outlook. Ability to learn new software.
