Particulars Details 1 Position Title E –Commerce Executive 2 Qualification B.com / MBA preferable 3 Experience 3 to 5 Years relevant experience 4 Age Candidate between 23 Years To 30 Years 5 Eligibilities Fluent in English & Computer 6 Reporting Director- Export 7 Job Location Delhi Darwaja Office, Ahmedabad Responsibility • Updating Product Data / Specifications / Stock Qty. / Images • Creating listing and shipping format for all new products • Ensuring the existing product online is listed properly with correct data and images • List and update products on various marketplaces such as Amazon, E-bay, Snapdeal, Flip kart etc. • Monitoring promotional activities at Marketplaces • Manage individual and bulk listings on marketplaces • Ensuring the seller rating is stable and taking prompt actions in addressing all consumer complaints or queries. • Downloading all reports from portals (like inventory / sales) on daily and monthly basis and maintain MIS to track sales and margin product-wise. • Ensuring all the labelling and shipping formalities as required for selling in the marketplace are always meet. • Maintaining account of all sales return / return from marketplace to our warehouse • Keeping a record of all charges in case of return • Handling all channels orders processing and packing • Coordination for Export Documentation
