Urgent hiring for Finance manager Location: prahalad nagar CTC: 14lac Experience: 5+ Note : Only male candidates can apply and only who can apply who will go to talod for 3 month in every year ( it's a Mandatory) Kindly find the j.d who have relevant experience only they will apply Responsibilities: you are responsible for preparing tax returns, tracking tax liabilities, and providing financial expertise in any tax-related matters. Liaising with clients, auditors and vendors and providing them with accurate information is also important. You should be familiar with our business plan, able to investigate any irregularities and suggest improvement measures. Apply immediately if these responsibilities reciprocate with your candidature. Responsibilities  Ensure all corporate compliances & Governance.  Advice from time-to-time Board of Directors and Senior Management on matters relating to  Company Law, Corporate Finance, Taxation, and other legal matter.  Liaising with external regulators and advisers, such as lawyers, Bankers, and auditors.  Co-coordinating Loan arrangement from banks for loan for machineries.  Preparation and maintenance of Secretarial Records.  Creation, Modification and Satisfaction of Charges.  Conducting Board Meetings and Shareholders Meeting (AGM/EGM).  Maintaining statutory records under the Companies Act.  Advising to the Board of Directors in the matter of Corporate Law, Taxation and other Legal matters.  Contributing into business with joint venture partner and advising in the legal, governance,  Accounting and tax implications of proposed policies.  Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking appropriate action.  Drafting Commercial Contracts and agreements of the Company with suppliers, customers and  other stakeholders.  Drafting various deeds, petitions to be files before various court of law.  Assessing financial risks and suggesting preventive measures Requirements  Chartered Accountant / ICWA / Inter – C A  3+ years of experience in similar work or proven work experience at a Chartered Accountants workplace.  Excellent organizational and time management skills  Attention to detail and problem-solving ability  Impressive oral and written communication skills  Ability to manage stressful situations effectively  Good mathematical skills  Strong leadership qualities
