Job Description
A front desk agent acts as the primary point of contact, providing a welcoming environment while managing administrative tasks, visitor flow, and security. Key responsibilities include greeting guests, answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, handling mail, and maintaining tidy reception areas. Key Responsibilities
- Greeting & Communication: Welcoming clients/visitors, answering, screening, and forwarding incoming phone calls, and providing basic information via email or phone.
- Administrative Support: Sorting mail, filing, photocopying, scanning, and managing office calendars.
- Office Security: Monitoring visitor access, maintaining logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Logistics & Scheduling: Scheduling meetings and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Inventory & Environment: Monitoring and ordering office supplies and keeping the lobby/reception area clean and presentable.
