Mail server/ Client Installation/ Troubleshooting. • Network Management of Local network management. o Installation/troubleshooting of network points. o Installation of networking equipment’s like switches, routers and firewalls. • Peripherals Management of Other peripherals installation/troubleshooting. • Vendor Management. • Attending call received from customer as well as helpdesk • Preventive maintenance of the machines as per the SLA agreement. • Follow the SLA provided. • Call escalation as per the Escalation Matrix.
