Roles and Responsibilities - Operation & support of IT Systems like Website, Mobile App & other supporting IT Systems. - Modification, design, coding & fixing of basic issues at basic level for website including ecommerce, static website. - Managing domains, emails, on hosting provider like Godaddy, Ecommerce like Shopify and others. - Internal IT support for employees on their hardware, software, network. - Operating backend Admin for Mobile App - uploading and managing products, offers, orders. Running daily, weekly, monthly reports. - Testing of newly released features of Mobile App, Admin features, testing it with clients and partners, noting down and coordinating with development team for fixing them. - Coordination with users, clients, partners about mobile app, understanding their issues concerns, recording bugs on screen, identifying change requests, documenting, getting it approved and coordinating with development team for release. - Releasing all new features of Mobile app with screenshots, documentation, DIY videos, training employees, partners, clients about them through social media, email, whatsapp etc. - Learning basic issue fixing of Mobile App from development team, fix basic issues of front end / backend as per the authorizations given from development team and reduce workload of development team. - Enhancing website, ecommerce platform, cleansing, product upload, photography, better look and feel, UI management of website. - Performing and documenting UX (user experience) continuously taking feedback, identifying better UX as per feedback and coordinating with development team for changing UX. - Other IT tools support like CRM, Office, Broadband, Internet, Voice etc. Desired Candidate Profile - Fresher IT , computer graduate with knowledge of website management, mobile app design and management, basic troubleshooting of IT systems like website, mobile app, knowledge about development tools of mobile app of Android and Apple. Knowledge about ecommerce portals like Shopify, management of ecommerce portal etc. Should have basic knowledge of database, troubleshooting, queries and reporting.
