Job Responsibilities Lead – Data Mining

Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead – Data Mining &to manage and guide a team responsible for extracting, validating, and delivering high-quality business leads for U.S. merchant services. The role requires a blend of technical expertise, team leadership, and strong understanding of data-driven sales support.

Key Responsibilities:

·       Lead and manage the data mining & lead generation team, ensuring productivity and quality.

·       Oversee data extraction, scraping, and identification of new data sources.

·       Ensure delivery of accurate, relevant, and sales-ready leads.

·       Implement data cleaning, validation, and database hygiene processes.

·       Drive automation using tools like Octoparse, ParseHub, Python, and Selenium.

·       Manage CRM data uploads and maintain structured databases.

·       Track market trends and support sales with actionable insights.

·       Ensure compliance with data privacy and ethical standards.

·       Collaborate with internal teams and share performance reports.
